Q.  How do I purchase products listed on the website?

A.  If you are purchasing products through your place of employment, you should obtain a formal Purchase Order with a P.O. number through them. A Purchase Order is usually obtained through your Purchasing Department or Materials Management Department. Then either FAX your Purchase Order directly to JAC Medical Products at 1-866-538-2873, or place your order through one of our distributors: Cardinal Healthcare, Thermo Fisher Scientific, VWR International, Centicare Corporation, MarkektLab, WB Mason, or Universal Lab Supplies.  Note:  Prices are subject to change without notice due to material and production costs.

Q.  How do I purchase products if I don't have an Employer or Purchasing Department sponsoring my purchase or creating a purchase order for me?

A.  Contact JAC Medical Products directly at 952-926-0467 (ph) to discuss alternative arrangements.

Q.  Can I get assistance from JAC Medical Products in assembling/creating my own Phlebotomy Tray Units that aren't pre-assembled and pictured in the website?

A.   Assemble your own custom choice of components and trays that meet your needs, or contact JAC Medical Products directly at 952-926-0467 to talk with someone who can suggest components or units that will fit together logistically and effectively.  

Q.  Is it more economical to order a Phlebotomy Tray Unit (as a grouping of components) vs. purchasing separate components individually?

A.  The cost of puchasing a complete Tray Unit including components, which consists of an average of 6-9 pieces, is approximately 10% less than purchasing the same items individually.  

Q.  How do I return product?

A.  There is a 20% restocking charge for all returned orders, so please order carefully. If you ordered product through one of our distributors, you should contact them directly for return information.  If you purchased your items through JAC Medical Products directly, call 952-926-0467 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. central time to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. You will then be instructed on how to proceed. To help prevent incorrect orders and returns, please call JAC Medical Products first before you place your order if you have any questions about size, function or anything else. We can help you identify exactly what you want and need.
